The Photography team is the driving force behind the wide range of photography produced for Marcom worldwide. We are looking for an experienced creative who has the ability to create strong photography and content narratives. This person is a conceptual thinker and has a passion for all types of photography. **Description** The Photography Art Director role is responsible for leading the creative development of projects from conception through post-production. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Partner with Planners, Producers, Product Marketing and Creatives to develop compelling WW content briefs that align with yearly product and campaign roadmaps and overall communication strategies. - Expertly direct the development of well-conceived, innovative creative content work that implements the content strategy and brief. This includes the ability to build compelling and concise presentations that have been thoughtfully and beautifully crafted. - Participate in creative reviews to ensure content is on brief and the narrative is integrated across all marketing materials. - Ability to build briefs and communicate effectively with creative partners, business affairs and other members of the brand team. - Excellent ability to direct photo shoots in order to create compelling and aspirational photography for a multitude of deliverables. **Minimum Qualifications** + 7+ years of creative experience in one or more of the following industries: editorial, design, advertising, marketing, brand management, photography and/or new media communication + Presentation experience to communicate with cross-functional teams, with proficiency in Keynote + Professional portfolio showcasing experience in photography art direction required **Preferred Qualifications** + Passion for photography with deep knowledge of a wide range of photographers, types of photography, and photographic trends - both past and current + In depth comprehension of all steps required in the creative development process, including, providing clear communication and creative direction and giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions + Ability to prioritize multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in an organized manner + Collaborates well with both internal and external partners with a strong desire to continuously seek out new diverse creative partners (photographers, stylists, etc) + Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution while remaining resourceful and proactive in finding solutions while maintaining a positive and collaborative spirit + Very detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills + See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead with the willingness to problem solve **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
