Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere located in Dallas, Texas. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, preparing patients for examinations or treatments, and providing assistance with activities of daily living. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary of $16.50+ per hour. In addition, Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, generous PTO and holiday vacation time, and 401K. Responsibilities:

Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
Monitor and document patient vital signs
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and transferring
Report changes in patient health or behavior to RN or physician
Help maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment
Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Participate in teamwork, in-service training and other education programs

Requirements:

Certification as a CNA by the Texas Board of Nursing, or equivalent
At least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred
Ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
