Description Overview: Robert Half is partnering with a well-established plumbing and drainage company to hire a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a fully onsite, full-time role with a consistent Saturday through Wednesday schedule. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, scheduling requests, and providing real-time updates on service calls. This position plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting a busy field operations team. Key Responsibilities: + Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers regarding plumbing and drainage services + Schedule service appointments and provide customers with accurate information about technician availability + Enter and update customer information and service details into the system + Communicate effectively with dispatchers and field technicians to ensure timely service delivery + Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary + Maintain professional, courteous, and solution-focused communication with all clients + Assist with follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and post-service feedback collection + Support general administrative tasks related to customer service and operations Requirements Required Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in the trades, home services, or similar industries) + Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset + Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively + Experience with CRM, dispatch, or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar) + Comfortable working onsite and available for the required Saturday through Wednesday schedule + High school diploma or equivalent required TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
