Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant for a short-term, 1-week project to support our Human Resources team with I-9 form completion, onboarding compliance, and document management. This is an important project to ensure timely and accurate employment eligibility verification for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with reviewing and completing Section 2 of the I-9 form for new hires

Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and properly uploaded or filed

Follow up with employees to collect required identification and correct any missing or incomplete information

Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all personal and employment documentation

Support HR team with administrative tasks related to onboarding as needed

Track progress and provide updates to the HR Manager throughout the project

Qualifications:

Previous HR or administrative experience, especially with onboarding or compliance, preferred

Familiarity with I-9 forms and employment eligibility verification processes

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
