Position: Inbound Driver/Stand Up Reach Shift: 1st shift Location: Fort Worth, TX RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc Receives incoming product against appropriate purchase orders, completing paperwork as required You will be required to unload trucks and palletize products  Organizes incoming inventory deliveries for proper storage and placement  Efficiently stocks shelves with newly packed items from the packaging department  Consolidates primary and overstock locations to effectively utilize the cubic space of the distribution center  Evaluate and determines status of product returns from customers Responsible for placing incoming items into inventory; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality  Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments  Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Stives to increase productivity  Occasionally picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed and meets standards  Helps maintain area cleanliness and organization  Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the distribution center  May conduct physical inventories and cycle counts as required  Perform all other tasks as required when assigned  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: ~ Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent  ~ Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy  ~ Ability to work independently and stay on task to complete given assignments  ~2+ years forklift experience (Rach Forklift/ Sit Down Forklift) ~2+ years of working in a Receiving Department and solid grasp on inventory management  ~ Must be able to life up to 50lbs. repeatedly, 60bs occasionally   ~ Must be able to work standing/walking for the majority of the work day  ~ Strong math skills and analytical skills  ~ Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions  ~ Willing to work overtime when necessary  ~ Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects  ~ Ability to perform basic functions on a computer  ~ Must be able to get along well with a variety of different people and work as part of a team ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to communicate professionally at various organizational levels  Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce  Must be comfortable working with or around material handling equipment  _______________ _ _ _ _ _ _ Benefits: NSI Industries offers a competitive salary, performance-based and attendance bonuses for certain roles.
