Your Role: Drive Sales, Build Relationships, and Grow with Us
This is a fully remote inside sales role where you'll be responsible for high-volume outbound calling, identifying potential customers, managing leads, and closing deals. Your primary goal is to turn prospects into long-term partners by keeping them engaged, informed, and excited about our brand.

What You'll Do
Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to retailers, distributors, and partners.
Manage a pipeline of prospects and active accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals.
Educate potential customers on our products and industry-leading offerings.
Build long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and account growth.
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets—your success is directly tied to your effort and performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and maximize conversions.
Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and account progress, ensuring a structured workflow.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to improve your sales approach.
Who You Are
A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing decisions.
Driven and competitive—you don't just meet goals; you exceed them.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach while staying engaging and sharp.
Highly organized and strategic, able to manage multiple leads and accounts efficiently.
Experienced in sales, customer service, or business development (experience in hemp, cannabis, vape, or CPG is a plus).
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage your workflow.
Self-motivated and disciplined—this is a remote role, so you need to be proactive and results-driven.
