Working Situation:

Hybrid

Compensation:

$80-95k + discretionary bonus

Role:

The IS Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems within a designated region. This role involves working closely with various departments and stakeholders to provide technical expertise, guidance, and support for IS initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives for information systems projects.
  • Assist in the design, modification, and implementation of IS solutions to support regional operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules for IS projects within the region.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to regional teams on the selection, customization, and deployment of software and hardware solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to information systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to regional operations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate regional teams on the use and functionality of various information systems.
  • Collaborate with other IS teams and vendors to ensure the consistency and integration of regional systems with enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance, security, and scalability of regional information systems, proposing improvements and enhancements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve regional IS processes and structures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles for regional IS systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience necessary
  • Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in information systems analysis, design, implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of regional business processes and requirements.
  • Proficient in software development, programming languages, and relational databases.
