Job Description

Position : Industrial painter

Shift : 2nd

Pay : 20-22/hr

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve parts from staging areas and prepare them for painting.
• Prep weldments for priming and finish coating.
• Apply various industrial surface coatings using spray guns.
• Read and interpret units of measure accurately.
• Maintain and clean spray guns and painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the painting process.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industrial painting experience using spray guns.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, including grinders and sanders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during 2nd shift hours.
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, kneeling, lifting, bending, and working with various materials for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
