Job Description

This is a part-time position working 25 hours a week. Pay is around $20 - $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Drafting and editing emails, memos, presentations, and other documents.
  • Event Planning: Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics and catering.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential records and files.
  • Communication and Liaison: Acting as a point of contact and responsible for membership/renewal reports.
  • Expense Management: Preparing and managing all deposits and bank records.
  • Project Support: Assisting with special projects and research as needed.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, maintaining office systems, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
