Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communication and prioritize messages for executives
  • Coordinate team meetings and take minutes as required
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounting team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role in the accounting industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
