Responsibilities

• Manage executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings
• Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assist in preparing financial documents and reports as needed
• Handle incoming communication and prioritize messages for executives
• Coordinate team meetings and take minutes as required
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounting team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role in the accounting industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
