Job Description

Burn Boot Camp Winston-Salem is looking for part time Certified Personal Trainers to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional experience to all our members and uphold Burn Boot Camp's high standards. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple members at a time and provide a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training, all creating an inviting environment of support that exceeds member expectations. Burn Boot Camp trainers must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and showing them what they’re capable of.

AVAILABLE PART-TIME SCHEDULE:

  • Weekday Mornings: 1–2 shifts per week, 8:15 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Evenings: Required availability on Tuesdays and Fridays , 4:15 PM to 6:45 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM to 9:45 AM

COMPENSATION: 

$20.00 - $25.00 per camp trained

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver Burn Boot Camp workouts to groups, under the leadership of the Head Trainer
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to members
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to members throughout their fitness journey
  • Participate in building and maintaining a highly engaged member community
  • Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want members to live theirs
  • Provide customer service and sales information to new trials and existing members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current certification in Personal Training from an NCCA accredited organization, or proctored exam scheduled within the next 30 days.
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to positively motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength And Conditioning Assessment (SAC)
  • Previous experience in group fitness or sports coaching is a plus
