We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive. Responsibilities The Specialist for the Brand Design Operations team is a dynamic, production-savvy, highly organized project manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project coordination and support throughout the creation and execution of compelling brand marketing and internal communications for the Peacock organization. This position requires general understanding of process across video/print/digital and creative project management capabilities-exceptional communication, prioritization, and leadership skills. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Design Operations and will be a key stakeholder to the Brand Design team culture and operations, creative/design, marketing initiatives within Peacock, and with external agencies and freelancers. + Project manage all facets of creative development, production, and delivery for On-Platform Creative and ad hoc design project requests + Provide support to motion and static designers on the Peacock video marketing workstream (~20-25 AV spots/month) + Manage project planning actions and timelines with clear communication to stakeholders + Collaborate with Design Ops team to maintain and improve upon functional and team culture processes to support Design operations + Have a strong understanding of the Peacock brand style and guidelines + Assist creatives and Design Ops team with daily creative service tasks (archiving, assets, references, server locations, etc.) Qualifications and Requirements + 1+ years experience working on creative-centric projects with strong project management knowledge in video, digital, and print spaces + Organized and thorough, driven by creative and operational processes with documentation and tracking + Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to tailor tonality to match all necessary applications + Strong group organizational skills with the ability to coordinate team members across functions and locations This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
