We’re looking for a proven results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and lead a team. You will provide creative and innovative solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Identifies potential customers and partnerships with the goal of maximizing sales.

- Strong organization skills, able to maintain schedules, follow-up calls and cold-calls.
- Experience leading a successful sales team, priority given to those with experience in commercial property management or insurance industry.
- Knowledge of principles and methods involved in showing, promoting and selling services.
- Communications skills; ability to talk to others effectively to convey information.
- Ability to listen to what others are saying and asking questions as appropriate.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
-Must want to build new clients as well assisting with current clients
-Must have real estate knowledge or experience
