Job Description

Description -Support the accounting team in financial close processes, monthly reporting, and analysis. -Assist with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. -Monitor CIP and manage fixed asset records, including additions and disposals. -Record and track depreciation schedules. -Maintain and review property tax documentation. -Process payroll entries and ensure accurate record-keeping. -Calculate and record commission payments. -Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting. -Conduct account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. -Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Skills gaap, cost accounting, budget, forecasting, journal entry, reconciliation, accounting, excel, manufacturing, MAS500 Top Skills Details gaap,cost accounting,budget,forecasting,journal entry,reconciliation,accounting Additional Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required - Intermediate to advanced Excel is necessary - At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing accounting is desired - Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted - MAS500 experience is preferred - Strong GAAP experience necessary - Prior accounting experience is desired - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills - Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality - Able to handle multiple high priority projects with accuracy - Delivers quality results in a fast paced, deadline driven environment - Goal oriented, high-energy self-starter Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
