The US is fundamental to that growth, as this Sr. Brand manager’s role is to drive the brand to the next level and continue the fast-paced growth.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager for Licor 43 to join our Dallas team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing brand strategies that enhance brand equity and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within the adult beverage industry, and proven team management capabilities. This role takes global brand strategy and then applies local strategies and activations in the US, through key markets. Resource allocation and marketing mix is critical to defining the drivers of the brand and working within the brand team and commercial team for execution. Collaboration across multiple departments, including global brand management, commercial, finance, and trade marketing, is essential to the success of the role.
The right candidate is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to engage with Stakeholders and serve as the primary brand ambassador for Licor 43, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
